NO ONE WILL REFUSE TO "LIKE" YOUR PHOTO AFTER THIS.👇🏻
When reaching out to people you don't know, it's a big turn off when you just shove in your request in their faces and expect them to support you.
Yes, I understand you desperately need to get help, and your friends are either not helping enough or they have done the best they can, so reaching out to strangers becomes the only alternative.
Whether in groups you have in common, or friends or friends, friends of families or enemies of friends, you can get easy assess to them and possibly get them to meet your need if you do this instead:
Salutation: This may seem a little inappropriate right now, but it's a sure way to get anyone's attention without you coming off as being rude.
So a quick 'Hi' or 'Hello' or 'Greetings!' should do. P.S: I'd suggest that you only use 'Hey' with someone you're familiar with.
Appreciate them in advance: Of course you want to pass your message quickly so you must find a way to get them even more interested in what you do by showing your appreciation in advance. In other words, start with WHY.
Something like, ' I'd really appreciate it if you could please spend 1 minute of your time to support me in an online contest.'
Provide the Procedure: Now they wouldn't want to turn you down, so this is the best time to give them the information they need to actually support you.
Do you want them to like your photo? Or follow a page?
What link are they to click on? And how do they remember your name or photo?
' Can you please click on this link, search for my photo and like my photo? Also, to make your likes count, you'd need to follow the page too.'
Appreciation: You can simply say, 'Thank you so much. You are amazing!' Or 'Once again, thanks and God bless you' Or, 'Thanks a lot for your time'
And if you have enough time on your plate, you could follow up those who comply and individually appreciate them after they've complied.
Easy right?
Now let's go over this again at once.
'Hello! Good evening. I hope this meets you well.
I am Ruth Davidson and I'd really appreciate it if you could please spend 1 minute of your time to support me in an online contest.
Can you please click on this link ........, search for my photo and like my photo? Also, to make your likes count, you'd need to follow the page too. Thank you so much. Have a great day!'
Bonus: Some groups will require that you get permission from the Admin so your post wouldn't be deleted or ignored. Reaching out to the Admin beforehand will probably amplify your request even more.
P.S: Try not to have too high expectations from people. Most times, your help may come from the most unexpected places, so in order not to get disappointed, don't expect too much. Just breathe!
Now let's head on there and cause some disruptions, shall we?
...to your success...🥂
